Rev. Gladys M. Weydert
Rev. Gladys Weydert, founder of New Covenant Ministries & Fellowship, as well as New Covenant Weddings, has been in ministry since 1994, when she began working in children's ministry, and doing lay-counseling with women and couples. Rev. Weydert is a Precept Ministries Leader, graduate of Andersonville Theological Seminary (Camilla, Georgia), and is a Certified Pastoral Member of the Sarasota Academy of Christian Counseling. She is also a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors.

Rev. Weydert is bilingual, and speaks fluent Spanish. She has been involved in wedding planning and ceremony writing since 1997, and has performed over 700 weddings since her ordination in 2001. She is the mother of 3 adult children, and the proud grandmother of 4 beautiful girls.

Rev. Mark McMinn
Rev. Mark McMinn, an Atlanta, Georgia, native, was a pastor's son and grew up in the church. He is a graduate of Anderson University, where he received his call into vocational ministry as a pastor and church planter. He has been in ministry since 2006. Rev. McMinn was ordained in 2008, and has performed numerous weddings. Rev. McMinn is married to Lauren and lives in Mt. Pleasant.

Rev. Wil Ray & Whitney
Reverend William Ray of Pacolet, South Carolina, is also a graduate of Anderson University. He began his ministry in 2007, working with youth and college students. Rev. Ray has moved to Charleston to assist in a local church plant. He and his wife, Whitney, pray that God will use their marriage to show others the New Covenant made available through His Son, Jesus Christ. Rev. Ray and Whitney live in Charleston with their puppy, Lilia.

Rev. Branden Sweeper
Rev. Branden Sweeper has served in all areas of ministry, including music, education and leadership. He is founder of The Worship Summit and Low Country Gospel Music Conference. He is the author of "Ready to Secure Your Kingdom Identity: 86 Motivational Insights for Today's Christian Leader To Help Establish Their Kingdom Identity." Rev. Sweeper teaches third grade and lives in James Island.

Lauren Justice
Notary Public
Lauren Roos-Justice, a Charleston native, is a South Carolina Notary Public, and has presided over numerous weddings, at various locations. She is very creative and social, and enjoys photography and animals. She has been modeling professionally for ten years. Lauren has been married to her soul-mate since 2002, and resides in Mt. Pleasant.


At present, Gladys is the only one working for New Covenant Weddings "full-time." She runs all the websites, keeps in contact with the couples, writes ceremonies, prepares couples, counsels those couples who desire it, and helps brides with wedding plans, as well as all ministry functions for New Covenant Ministries & Fellowship.
We have had the honor and privilege of having officiated at hundreds of weddings over the last several years. We've have been blessed with wonderful couples, and it has been a great joy to be there when they become a family. Hope to hear from you soon!!
